If you were to read three books about a topic you would be an expert compared to 99% of the population. That's all it takes. You don't need a degree or an expensive certification. You just need to read three books.

If you have been a loyal follower of THE BLACKMAN READ ALOUD HOUR PROJECT you have accomplished the level of expert in Black American Studies.

When you have read on average 36-42 books like I have cover to cover on the black experience as well as figures in black history over the past 6 years. You develop a comprehensive understanding of just how jaded the concept of American Exceptionalism is as it relates to past and present Black Americans. Until this nation truly opens up and truthfully breaks down systemically the American Lie that has promoted the zero sum formula as well as the racist value gap. I don’t want to discuss critical race theory I simply want the American History books in America’s classrooms to display the truth. Because once these truths are reflected in the classroom resources it will set this free to effect change on substantial level."
