Those Fell Point business owners have jointly decided that continuing to pay municipal taxes is the City fleecing and no tax revenue will come from those business owners until the crime rate is decreasing. If this business tax revolting trend picks up steam, changing policing strategies in Baltimore City will soon be ceasing."
