REMEMBERING A WARRIOR FOR JUSTICE ON DAY HE STOOD DOWN RACISM

Remembering Arthur Wergs Mitchell, the first black congressman elected as a democrat in this nation. Mr. Mitchell attempted to turn the tables on Jim Crow. He succeeded on this date April 28, 1941, 80 years ruled in his favor that separate but equal had better be more equal for black folks to be judicially fair.
