You can have both potential and experience but if you're black in America they will still shut your shit down. Black Folks seemingly need a high quality skin whitener or a melanin remover in America. Because, America indeed stacks the deck so strategically that a few of us black folks are allowed slip through the lid of the cracked barrel.
