Jim Crow Has To Go: Henry A. Wallace
1948
Henry A Wallace
Progressive Party Presidential Candidate
Another day, another opportunity to spotlight Henry A.Wallace who was ostracized by the Democratic Party and left out in the winds of racial indifference because he thought African Americans were equal in all respects to any other Americans. Wallace gave this radio address in 1948 discussing the evilness of Jim Crow. Listen to my reading today as Wallace details the murder of Isaiah Newton and Maceo Snipes simply because they wanted to vote. The evils of Jim Crow. The fact that the Democratic Party turned its back Henry A. Wallace because he felt the African Americans was equal in all respects to any other American citizen.
